FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Anticipate and respond to all Guest needs, take ownership and responsibility to resolving issues by listening, understanding and empathizing with the guests. Establish and maintain administrative and record keeping systems associated with guest services. Manage the Lounge & Concierge and.

Guest Relations Attendants.Set work schedules for all department personnel. Assign and ensure completion of work. Train, coach and develop staff, based on either feedback or materials provided by the company.

Ensure ongoing weekly training is administered to all staff focusing on guest service improvements. Evaluate the performance of all assigned staff and review with the Guest Relations Manager. Maintain and update group arrival information in order to assist Guests with inquiries. perform cash handling duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

    Male / female, 25-35 years old.
    Minimum a diploma in hospitality management, business administration or a related field preferred.
    Minimum 2 year experience in the supervisory level of 3 or 4 star hotels.
    Ability to demonstrate good supervisory skills and work effectively as part of a team
    Good command of English. Ability in other foreign language is a plus.
    Strong written and oral communication skills.
    Ability to communicate with both Guests and colleagues
    Good interpersonal skills, ability to obtain information, determine course of action and follow through to successful resolution.
    Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Front Office Systems
    Preferably lives in Palembang.
