Wilhelmsen Ship Service c/o PT. Tirta Samudera Caraka is a leading global Maritime Service Company with focus in four main business streams being Ships Agency, Maritime Logistics, Marine Products, and Technical Services.
For our Indonesian expanding operations, where we have 16 (sixteen) offices, we are seeking a qualified candidate as Foremen (2 Positions). Job location will be in Kupang.
Foremen (2 Positions)
Qualification:
Need to speak/write good English and Bahasa Indonesia/Kupang
Responsible for the quayside activities
Ensure all parties under his responsibility understand and perform their assignment properly
Prepare operation based lifting plans, equipment assigned and risk assessment for all categories of lifts assisted by technical support as appropriate
Ensure by documented evidence that all personnel involved in lifting operations are trained and assessed comply with the requirements
Manage and monitor all administration aspect relate to site logistics activities
Assist and monitor the usage and distribution of diesel fuel
Manage, monitor and evaluate performance of all employees under his responsibility
Communicate and daily report to the NSG Site Supervisor
Manage lifting/moving plan priority on daily basis
Formulates and suggests work safety standards and enforces procedures. Risk prevention areas include hazardous material exposure, accidents, fires or other unsafe conditions
Meets compliance and reporting requirements of federal or state regulations.
Attend and conduct safety meeting to analyze risks and describe how to minimize the consequence
Assist in developing workplace safety procedures for his respective area of responsibilty
To be located in Kupang for 24/7 operation activity
