MATERIAL / INVENTORY OFFICER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receiving all materials and checking compliance with the specification requirements.
Locating all inbound materials in the right place and distributing materials to the correct area
Arranging inventory stock holding, create inventory stock record and report periodically.
Responsible for optimal inventory levels of all types of materials stored on factory ground.
Responsible for keeping and reporting on all stock records
Accountability for correct management and reporting of our returnable pallets.
Conducting stock taking periodically and advise on corrective actions when necessary
Ensuring goods housekeeping, inventory and EHS regulations are maintained in the put away and retrieval strategy.
Support to SCM for analysis and KPI reporting in each area of responsibility, provide recommendations and actions plans for continuous improvements.
Maintaining accurate administrative records and reports, also arranging all of inventory/materials documents.
Updating administration records and reports to SCM
Synergy with other parts/sections to reach the company and department targets by maintain accountable good relationships and sharing value to transporters and customers
REQUIREMENTS:
Male / Female 25 – 30 years old
Degree (S1) Management / Technical
Min 2 years experience in Logistics / Warehouse management
Detail, good planner and good communication
English (oral & written) is a must & MS. Office
Understand the activities related to receive. Locate and arrange stock
Familiar with the planning of the stock ( ROP, SS etc )
Understand SAP with Material Management module will be an advantage
Willing to work in Gresik, East Java
